Description

Hikifune (Fishing Bait Box) Custom Paint (HABS)

This is a custom-painted Shimano Advance Power HI-042P (Yellow), originally brand new and unused. It was custom-painted by a sheet metal and paint shop (HABS) located in the Kansai region, with the order placed in 2020.

It was featured in the 2019 Ayu Fishing Magazine as a Hikifune used by a VARIVAS tester. The Hikifune, described as glittering and dazzling, was pictured and mentioned in an article as being favored by a famous Shimotsuke tester.

Due to its pristine condition and the reluctance to use such a special item, it has been stored long-term and remains unused, leading to its sale.

There are traces of adhesive at the base of the rope attachment. This was intentionally done to prevent the rope from coming loose from the clasp and does not affect its use in any way.
Please check the images for the condition.
We kindly ask that only those who understand this is a long-term stored, unused item consider purchasing.
