Description
Thank you for looking.
This is a set of 2 BLACK BANANA Designed by Amazing training aids (the case is also shown).
BLACK BANANA is a training gear designed to help you learn to strike using your lower body.
By stepping on it and swinging, it increases pelvic rotation speed, strengthens the adductor muscles, and suppresses body opening.
With each use, you will naturally develop practical lower body techniques.
My son, a junior high school student, used this to naturally correct his body opening during swings as his swing speed improved.
It was used indoors on artificial turf with a front tee and for practice swings.
There may be some signs of use on the bottom, but there are no major scratches or stains, and the surface is very clean.
Please review the photos and consider this item with no claims or returns.
