Organically grown apricots, harvested evening of 5/22, compact delivery box size no. 5

These are apricots harvested from my home garden, grown without pesticides or herbicides.
As they are organically grown, there may be occasional insect bites or minor blemishes, but I have selected the cleanest ones possible.
Apricots spoil quickly when fully ripe, so we recommend purchase for those in areas where delivery is possible the next day from Fukuoka. For other regions, please be aware that they may ripen further during transport or develop spoilage from blemishes.
The items pictured will be shipped in a Takkyubin Compact box.
28 pieces of various sizes are included.

Enjoy the sweet and sour apricots, unique to this season, by making jam after removing any damaged parts, or compote if they haven't fully ripened yet!
For compote, it might be easier to purchase ones that still have some greenness and ripen them at home to your preference.

They are not soft to the touch, but they are colored, so those in areas where delivery is possible within a day are preferred. Shipping from Fukuoka.

Apricots spoil quickly when fully ripe, so please understand that ripening during transport and potential spoilage are unavoidable.
For firm fruits that are not yet fully ripe, store them at room temperature to ripen.
Wrap them in newspaper or place them in a plastic bag and keep them in a cool place. Depending on the condition of the fruit and storage environment, changes will become apparent in about 2-3 days. A deepening orange color and a stronger aroma are signs of ripeness.
Oriental apricots tend to have a strong sourness.
We recommend making jam or syrup preserves.
