Sylvanian Families Red Roof Grand House with Furniture. Immediate purchase welcome.

Thank you for looking.

This is a set of the Sylvanian Families Red Roof Grand House and furniture.

Purchased several years ago. I am selling it as it is no longer played with.
There is some rust in the battery compartment, so the batteries do not work.
Only the items shown in the photos are included.
I believe it can still be played with, but it is a used item.
Please check the photos for age-related deterioration, fading, box damage, etc., and purchase with your understanding.

The Sylvanian Families box is a tight fit, so it will be simply packaged with waterproofing only.
The Sylvanian box will be wrapped in two layers of black poly bags.
Items such as furniture will be wrapped in bubble wrap where possible.

Immediate purchase is welcome!
It will be shipped anonymously via YuYu Mercari便. Please note that shipping is from the post office counter, so we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Please consider it!
