This is a Vandoren Masters ligature for alto saxophone.
This model is no longer in production, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to find units in good condition each year. This particular item shows little signs of use and we believe it will satisfy you sufficiently for both collection and practical use.
It is known for its quick response and light feel, and has been supported by many players, including Hiroshi Matsushita.
While it can be used as is, we also recommend it as a base for custom modifications such as replating with GP (gold plate) or SP (silver plate).
The playing feel is light, and the sound tends to be bright.
