Rare Toshiba Sericulture Fan, Small, Vintage, Showa Retro

Toshiba very small fan for silkworm cultivation.

This item was stored for many years in the warehouse of an old family that was involved in sericulture. It was actually used by a relative for many years.

Upon research, a similar model is listed in a report called Silk Bean Dictionary from the Laboratory of Sericulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, and it appears to be preserved in the laboratory.
According to the report, it is from the Showa 1930s, but Toshiba also has no detailed information due to its age.

Power confirmed.
When the dial is turned, it operates at 0 (stop), 1 (low), 2 (medium), and 3 (high).
The oscillation also worked smoothly.
It has been carefully stored, so I believe it is relatively clean considering its age, but there is dust, dirt, rust, and stains that cannot be removed.
There is a piece of tape wrapped around the power cord; I have not removed it to check, but I believe it was repaired in the past.

It operates reliably with no unusual noises or wobbling, but it is a very old item. I would appreciate it if it could be treated as a historical artifact, a piece for folklore studies, or a collectible, rather than for practical use. I believe functional items in good condition are rare.

Height: Approximately 48cm

The last two images are for size reference. They are not included in the set. The larger fan is also listed separately.
Thank you for your consideration.
